1. Registration fees include access to all sessions, conference material, refreshments and lunch during the conference days, gifts and access to the cocktail function. Accommodation, transport, breakfasts and dinners on evenings when there are no functions are extra.
2. Student fees apply to full time students only. 
3. A surcharge of R 500.00 per day will apply to strictly Halal and Kosher meals.
4.  Please note that accompanying persons do not attend the Congress, but they are welcome to accompany you to the functions at an extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before 31 May 2018: 50% refund
Cancellation after 1 June 2018: no refund
Cancellations should be done in writing and sent to the congress secretariat.
