II) BYLAWS

Suggestions:
Board of Directors (strategic assignments – include international experts)
Executive Committee (decision maker) : 1 president, 1 GS 1 treasurer et 4 coordination teams (2 members minimum in each team) – see par. VII ‘Directors’
The electoral body includes: Board + EC staff; and all AMS-FTP members who have complied with the voting rules (see bylaws)
- Non political organization which does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, citizenship etc.
